• All your orders are packed with love and care and shipped from Gold Coast (QLD).

• Once you have placed your order you should receive an order confirmation email in your inbox. If you don't receive one within 24 hours, please get in contact.

• I always aim to pack your parcels asap and will send you a shipping confirmation. If you opt for the parcel to be traceable, please select this option once you check out. 

​

• Shipping times can vary for remote and rural locations. ​

​

• Please send an email for international orders, and we will contact you for further options.

Returns

 

• I wish you to have an unforgettable joyful, and magical experience. If an item arrives damaged, please take a photo and contact me by emailing info@thelittleowl.com with all the details, and I will issue a refund as soon as possible. The original shipping charges are not refundable. There are no refunds for change of mind or incorrect choices.

Payment Types

 

• PayPal as a full payment. Please do not attempt to pay in 4 through PayPal as we are not receiving this sort of Payment, which may disrupt the purchase process. Unfortunately, I am unable to remove that feature from the cart.
